The role requires several years in a SOC/IR, expertise in ICT networks and security tooling (Splunk, Defender, Sentinel), and hands-on development of detection rules.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of practical experience in a Security Operation Center, CERT/CSIRT environment.
• Knowledge in ICT domains such as networks, security applications and solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS), operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Experience with detection rule development and use-case development, and writing KQL/SPL queries.
• German skills (C1/C2) to lead workshops and write documentation for German-speaking customers.
• English skills (B2+) to collaborate with international teams and read technical docs.
• Mandatory Certifications: GCFA, Microsoft SC-200, Splunk CCDA.

Aufgaben

• Analyze alerts from heterogeneous ICT infrastructure solutions at our customers and derive necessary measures.
• Collect, analyze, and document digital evidence in IT security incidents and ensure follow-up per guidelines.
• Optimize processes and develop automation concepts to improve Cyber Defense Center services.
• Support Security Delivery Managers in customer meetings and provide recommendations to improve security infrastructure.
• Stay up to date on the latest security solutions available on the market.
