N26 is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reports, spanning COREP, FINREP, liquidity reporting, and capital requirements. You will mentor a team of data analysts and collaborate with Data and IT to automate pipelines in BAIS.

The role requires 10+ years in regulatory reporting, a strong banking regulation background, and advanced Excel skills. A relocation-friendly environment with visa support is offered, along with ample autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10+ years of deep regulatory reporting experience in a licensed bank or financial institution.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, or Banking with advanced qualifications.
• Extensive knowledge of European financial and banking legislation (CRR III, CRD VI, KWG, AnaCredit).

• Oversee end-to-end compilation, proofing, and submission of regulatory reports across cycles.
• Own complex COREP, FINREP, liquidity reporting, and capital requirements.
• Serve as primary expert for audits and remediations with authorities.
• Act as regulatory gatekeeper for new company initiatives and innovations.
• Collaborate with Data and IT to refine data pipelines and automate reporting processes (BAIS).
