About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Accounts Administrator to lead the financial administration function across multiple concurrent projects. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in accuracy, compliance and process improvement.

You will support projects across telecommunications, renewable energy programs and infrastructure consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end‑to‑end project accounts administration function.
  • Validate and process large volumes of invoices, claims and supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile client and subcontractor statements and track invoice status.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and commercial teams to resolve queries.
  • Manage document control across internal systems and client platforms.
  • Prepare and submit project acceptance documentation.
  • Support internal training and development of project administration processes.
  • Identify improvements in financial administration, workflow and reporting.
About You
