About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Product Manager - Pricing and Plans, you’ll lead a team which designs, develops, and maintains all fees, corporate and business plans to meet customer’s needs whether they are members or employers. You'll lead the fund’s Pricing and Fee Strategy, manage corporate plans, and verify product disclosures all while creating solutions that truly make a difference for members and employers alike.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Develop andmaintaina comprehensive fee strategy that ensures fees are fair, competitive, sustainable, and simple
  • Track product trends and develop strategies for market leadership in pricing, features and rules
  • Lead pricing strategy and execution for corporate plans, including new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate across insurance, superannuation, defined benefit, and other product areas to ensure each corporate plan meets all Fund requirements.
  • Support product ratings and market insights by working with external researchers.
  • Ensure productscomply withlegislation, standards, and policies, and that risks are appropriatelyidentifiedand managed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture andsupport the broader product teamasrequired.

  • People Management and team leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in business and product planning and performance reporting.
