Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Product / UX / UI Design.
• Strong portfolio showing product thinking and prototyping.
• Experience mentoring or leading designers in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product Leadership from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Provide creative leadership and coach designers across teams.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, Commercial, Marketing and external partners.
• Improve design processes and workflows across distributed teams.
• Stay ahead of trends in sports betting and streaming.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve product experiences.
