You will lead the integration of process technology, machinery, automation, and digitalization, and provide hands-on process expertise to Sales, Quotation, Fulfillment, and R&D.

Qualifikationen

• Milling expertise with SMS or DMSB diploma and 7+ years in milling ops.
• Knowledge of Bühler milling equipment and control systems.
• Collaborative in multicultural teams and conflict management.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
• Excellent communication and time management; fluent German & English.

Aufgaben

• Drive innovation in wheat and rye milling from concept to implementation.
• Lead integration of process technology, machinery, automation, and digitalization.
• Validate concepts through trials, pilots, and customer applications.
