PwC Switzerland’s Operations Transformation practice seeks a (Senior) Manager to lead and shape manufacturing and operations transformation programs for top clients across industries.

You will advise on operations strategy, lead workstreams, engage client stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development while collaborating with PwC and Strategy& globally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in management or strategy consulting, industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or other operations-related fields.
• Experience leading workstreams and delivering high-quality client outputs.
• Fluency in English; German or French is an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools for research and slide generation.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on Operations Strategy with emphasis on Manufacturing.
• Lead project workstreams and develop high-impact client deliverables.
• Engage client stakeholders and facilitate workshops and discussions.
• Mentor junior colleagues to produce high-quality analyses and outputs.
• Support business development, including proposals and pitch materials.
