VIG IT Digital Solutions in Austria seeks a (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic IT projects and programs across the Holding Company and the VIG Group. You will manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring structured collaboration and the achievement of defined objectives.

You will work closely with Management Boards, IT Management and stakeholders, oversee project portfolio reporting and reviews, promote best practices across the Group, and act as a trusted sparring

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on business, economics, or a technical field.
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT-focused projects and programs within insurance or financial services.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile) is considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead selected projects and programs within the Holding Company and across the VIG Group.
• Ensure successful outcomes and effective collaboration among all parties from project start to finish.
• Resolve dependencies, conflicts, and issues between stakeholders promptly and effectively.
