The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fencing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate fencing projects across multiple sites in Queensland. This is a hands‑on leadership role ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple fencing crews across various sites.
• Coordinate installation of garrison, chain mesh, palisade, rural, security, and mine‑spec fencing.
• Interpret project plans and ensure compliance with client specifications and WHS standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams, conduct toolbox meetings, and manage risk assessments.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between Karlka Fencewright and clients.
• Complete accurate daily reports and documentation.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in fencing or civil construction, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• White Card and current Driver’s Licence (willingness to travel to remote sites).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation and compliance.
• MR/HR Licence, Skid Steer, EWP, or other high‑risk work tickets.
• Experience in mining, infrastructure, or government contracts.
• Familiarity with ISO quality and safety systems.
