Plansee Group in Reutte entwickelt als Senior Expert Plansee Operations Development (POD) die globale POD-Plattform weiter und schafft ein Umfeld, in dem die Operations-Community vernetzt ist, voneinander lernt und gemeinsam wächst.

Sie führen global POD-Initiativen, arbeiten mit Führungskräften aus Produktion, Supply Chain und Qualität zusammen und fördern Wissenstransfer sowie Zusammenarbeit über Standorte hinweg.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in technischem/industriellem Umfeld.
• Strategische Denkweise mit Umsetzungskompetenz.
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung.

Aufgaben

• Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen POD-Plattform; Zusammenarbeit mit Managementebenen.
• Beratung von Führungskräften in Produktion, Supply Chain und Qualität; Förderung von Wissensaustausch.
• Aufbau einer vernetzten globalen Operations-Community durch Networking und Zusammenarbeit.
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung globaler Operations-Sitzungen und Schulungsprogramme.
• Identifikation und Umsetzung strategischer Prioritäten über Funktionsbereiche hinweg.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Expert (f/m/d) Plansee Operations Development (POD), you shape and continuously develop the global Operations Development platform of Plansee HPM, creating an environment where the Operations community across our global network collaborates, learns from one another and grows together.

• Lead and continuously develop the global POD platform, partnering with senior and middle management to strengthen operational excellence across the organization
• Act as a trusted partner to leaders in Production, Supply Chain Management and Quality, enabling continuous improvement, peer learning and sustainable knowledge exchange across the global network
• Foster a connected global Operations community by promoting networking, communication, collaboration, knowledge sharing and alignment with Sales
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate global Operations meetings, leadership events and technical/functional training programs to support capability building and organizational development
• Identify, structure and drive the implementation of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives across the Operations organization

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a comparable field, combined with extensive professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset and a proven ability to turn concepts into measurable business results
• Strong expertise in project management, organizational development, operational excellence or related disciplines
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with experience working across functions and cultures and a willingness to travel internationally
• Ability to drive complex initiatives in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner while fostering collaboration and engagement

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (H) is € 66740,94 gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
