Sygna is seeking a Lead Commissioning Manager to drive commissioning activities from planning through handover on major projects. You will provide strategic and tactical building services commissioning management support to the project team, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

You will lead the commissioning activities, coordinating stakeholders, managing resources, and applying expert technical knowledge to optimise system performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading commissioning teams on large construction projects.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage risks, QA, and safety compliance.

Aufgaben

• Strategic planning and development of commissioning playbooks and schedules.
• Lead and mentor the commissioning team, coordinating stakeholders and tasks.
• Oversee resource allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Support robust quality assurance processes for commissioning activities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for commissioning process.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain records.
