In the initial phase you will focus on CNC programming, process optimization, and supporting operations as a senior technical expert, then progressively lead a team of six CNC Programmers.

This role offers a clear path to formal people leadership, with collaboration across Production, Engineering, Tool Design, Quality and Maintenance in an international setting.

• Lead complex CNC programming activities as a technical expert.
