The Opportunity

Due to the expansion of our Financial Planning team, we are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to join our firm. This is a senior role for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a high-performance environment. You will be actively involved in implementation and client service delivery — providing strategic support to advisers, managing workflows, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Provide high-level support to two client advisers and assist with complex client needs
  • Prepare and collate client documentation for meetings and implementation
  • Manage end-to-end advice implementation for new and existing clients
  • Lodge Letters of Authority (LOAs) and complete data collection accurately
  • Issue and manage workflow tasks in Xplan and XPM
  • Oversee Ongoing Fee Arrangements (OFAs) and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members
About You
  • Minimum two years’ experience in financial services client support (wealth management)
  • Proficiency in Xplan is essential; experience with XPM highly regarded
  • Strong client-centric approach with excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and productively while collaborating in a team environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks
