An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead a team delivering business‑critical transformation across a large, customer‑focused organisation. This role sits within a high‑performing division and plays a key part in improving processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring successful change adoption across a complex operational environment.

About the Role

You’ll lead and coordinate a team of project and change professionals, ensuring initiatives are delivered to scope, on time, and with measurable impact. With a focus on optimising cost control, enhancing customer experience, and embedding operational excellence, this role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced, service‑driven settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of change and project initiatives, ensuring business outcomes are achieved
  • Lead, coach, and develop a skilled team of project and change practitioners
  • Drive consistent project governance and continuous improvement of methodologies and frameworks
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed change effectively and foster strong communication channels
  • Identify risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies to support smooth adoption
  • Track performance, measure success, and report on progress and benefits realisation
About You

You’re an experienced leader who brings both structure and flexibility to complex change delivery. You combine commercial thinking with a strong people focus and can influence effectively across all levels of an organisation.

You will bring:

  • Proven success in delivering large‑scale change and project outcomes
  • Formal certification in Project or Change Management (e.g. PROSCI, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading high‑performing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities
  • Experience in a contact centre, claims, or customer operations environment (highly regarded)
