A leading health solutions provider in Austria is seeking a Senior Business Officer to oversee critical business support functions, including finance and HR. The role involves coordinating organizational strategies and strengthening communications while driving performance and accountability. In these pivotal roles, you will oversee the delivery of a critical business support function which includes Finances and Human Resource processes and reporting for our busy Delivery Support Service (DSS) or Digital Health & Business Solutions (DHBS) business unit ensuring that day to day business operations run efficiently, effectively, and in line with strategic priorities.
You will report directly to the Senior Director providing trusted leadership and oversight across all incoming corporate requests, correspondence and business management activities. Your expertise will ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and strong alignment between business support functions, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
