About the Role: Your Recipe for Impact
This role drives the continuous improvement and digital evolution of our ecommerce platform. You will champion delivery through our in house development team and act as the key liaison between the business, particularly our Marketing and Development Kitchen teams, and our digital development capability. You will turn insight into action quickly and keep teams aligned and moving.
You will play a central role in shaping the experience for New, Retained and Reactivated customers. From discovery to launch, you will bring new digital products and enhancements to life and keep them improving over time.

What You Will Serve Up
Lead the enhancement and transformation of our ecommerce platform with a focus on customer centric product capability.
Act as the primary liaison between the business, especially Marketing and Development Kitchen teams, and our in house development team to ensure alignment and strong collaboration.
Drive delivery by communicating clear priorities, refining requirements and supporting high quality execution.
Identify, analyse and communicate customer and business requirements with clarity.
Document and run specifications and requirements processes.
Maintain and prioritise backlogs across Epics, User Stories and Bugs.
Track customer behaviour across digital experiences to guide product and design decisions.
Partner with internal and external teams to deliver product launches, features and iterative improvements.
Champion customer insight through interviews, research, user testing and feedback.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand trends and opportunities.
Assist with change management and training for technology initiatives.
Support diagnosis and resolution of production issues when required.
Stay up to date with ecommerce best practice, strategy and tooling.
Lead, mentor and motivate team members where required.
Support tactical digital execution to meet trading targets.

Experience We Are Looking For
8 plus years in a Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst role.
5 plus years delivering change in a digital or technology environment with in house development capability.
Strong experience in ecommerce or SaaS environments.
Demonstrated background in taking new digital products or features to market.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent industry experience.
