About the Role

Support a senior insurance broker in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Handle new business and client request calls. We will train you to be able to talk and give advice and insurance solutions to commercial property owners.

Assist with remarketing commercial policies

Keep the CRM organised and accurate

Meet monthly KPIs aligned with team goals

You’ll play a central role in helping our broker team deliver tailored, fit-for-purpose insurance solutions across Australia.

What We’re Looking For

Critical thinker who can spot gaps, trends and issues and propose solutions

Diploma of Insurance Broking (preferred)

3+ years of experience in commercial account management

Familiarity with Insight and SCTP (highly regarded)

Impeccable organisational and communication skills

Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
