Zusammenfassung

Novartis is seeking a Tactical Planner to lead production planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle initiatives across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and commercial teams. You will ensure stable product supply and support business growth by partnering with global supply chain teams.

This role offers visibility into critical supply chain decisions and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ERP proficiency (SAP), and knowledge of GMP in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• More than 3 years experience as a scheduler/material planner in the production planning/supply chain field.
• Native-level Japanese and Business-level English proficiency
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP, for planning and operational activities.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated industry environments.
• Experience in areas other than supply chain (sales, manufacturing, quality) is preferred.

• Monitor customer demand, manage supply commitments, and resolve supply constraints proactively.
• Coordinate product launches, transfers, changes, and lifecycle projects across cross-functional teams.
• Optimize inventory levels and planning parameters to improve supply performance and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, systems, and planning practices.

Requirements

• 3年以上の生産計画/サプライチェーン領域におけるスケジューラー/マテリアルプランナーの経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力 とビジネスレベルの英語力
• 多様な関係者と連携しながら業務を推進できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• ERPシステムの利用経験（SAP経験歓迎)
• 製薬企業での経験(GMP知識) 尚可
• サプライチェーン以外の領域（営業、製造、品質）の職務経験尚可
