Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with SAP BI or BW/4HANA and Analytics Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and requirements.
• Experience in data modeling, governance and analytical solution design.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and visualize data with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
• Excellent communication to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI).
• Understanding of advanced analytics or planning models.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop SAP BI data models for Finance and analytics solutions.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable reporting and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability for decision-making.
• Act as a technical partner for Finance stakeholders and translate needs into specs.
• Collaborate with BI, SAP and IT on architecture and data flows.
• Support end-to-end BI delivery including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Improve existing reporting solutions based on feedback and business needs.
• Contribute to Finance digitalization and data initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of data models and analytics approaches.
• Stay current with SAP BI and analytics technologies.
