About the role

This is a full‑time role for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the Footgear Chermside team in Brisbane. We sell only the world’s leading comfort performance brands such as Birkenstock, ECCO, FRANKiE4 & On Running. All of our footwear is comfortable yet fashionable. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience and service.

What you'll be doing

• Driving sales and profitability through product knowledge, positive staff culture, and attentive customer engagement.
• Providing strong leadership and coaching to develop a high‑performing retail team.
• Ensuring the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Analysing sales data and store performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Liaising with head office on operational matters and implementing new initiatives.
• Creating a positive in‑store environment that encourages customer loyalty.
• Managing day‑to‑day store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the footwear or retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.
