Zusammenfassung

Carhartt WIP, part of WIP Trading AG, is seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for our Vienna store. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, handle transactions, restock, maintain visuals and ensure store policies are followed. Fluent German is required; English is a plus.

The role is full-time and based in Vienna, Austria, with a gross monthly salary of at least €2,251 according to the local retail collective bargaining agreement. Higher pay may be offered based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail / customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident and outgoing.
• Effective selling skills.
• Fluent in German; English is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Drive sales ensuring that targets are achieved.
• Process sales transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain the day-to-day standards in visual displays.
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
