About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you’ll oversee multiple Ariat retail locations, ensuring they operate efficiently, meet sales and profit targets, and reflect the Ariat brand standard in every customer interaction. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and ensuring operational excellence across your area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Store Managers to achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals.
• Drive store performance through effective planning, analysis, and execution.
• Review and manage P&L to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Oversee compliance, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching and development.
• Implement customer service and engagement initiatives to enhance the Ariat experience.
• Identify growth opportunities through data insights, competitor analysis, and local market trends.
• Prepare accurate area performance reports, forecasts, and action plans.

You’ll also have

• Minimum 5 years’ retail management experience, including multi‑site or area management.

• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• (Preferred) Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
