Restaurant Supervisor / Full time front of house

We offer a South Australian centric produce driven menu, which changes throughout the seasons based on SA's uniqueness. Leaning into a mediterranean style of cuisine we pack as much flavour into our plates as possible and believe in looking after each guest as they are in our own home.

Qualifications & experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • A positive attitude is a must
  • Wine knowledge in a contemporary restaurant environment is desirable
  • Savvy with technology and current booking systems. Excellent phone manner and adept at email
  • A genuine interest in food. Where it comes from and how its prepared
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Day to day management of a busy restaurant
  • Leading a small dynamic team with a 'can do demeanour'
  • Ensuring customer service standards are consistently maintained
  • Providing ongoing training to front of house staff
  • Working cohesively with the owners and the head chef
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
