The Lakes Hotel is under new management and we are seeking experienced, passionate hospitality leaders to join our team across several key departments. Whether your strengths lie in restaurants, gaming, hotel operations, or front office, this is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a premium waterfront hotel.

About the Venue:
The Lakes Hotel is a multi-award-winning destination overlooking beautiful West Lakes. Home to a variety of bars, acclaimed restaurants, versatile event spaces, a gaming room and bottleshop, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable guest experiences overlooking the Lake. The hotel features Tunki Ceviche & Woodfire Grill fine dining Restaurant, Knots Kitchen, Lakes Sports Bar, Neptunes Cafe, a gaming room, and Front Office operations, along with 72 accommodation suites, a heated guest pool, and gym. The Lakes operates 365 days a year with a 24-hour reception.

We are seeking to fill the following roles:

Restaurant Manager at Tunki
Lead our fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, oversee bookings and events, maintain service standards.
About You:Experienced in fine dining management, strong leadership skills, organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering premium guest experiences.

Gaming Manager
Lead the gaming floor, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Manage gaming operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with VGCCC/ARCG standards, and optimise guest experience.
About You:Previous gaming management experience, strong leadership, customer-focused, proficient in cash handling, ARCG required.

Hotel Duty Manager
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all outlets, including restaurant, gaming, and front office.
Key Responsibilities:Lead teams across departments, ensure high standards of guest service, manage rostering, stock, and operational efficiency.
About You:Experienced in multi-department management, flexible, excellent leadership and communication skills, ARCG and RSA a plus.

Assistant Front Office Manager
Support the Rooms Division Manager in delivering seamless front office operations, guest services, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise Guest Services Agents, manage bookings, resolve guest enquiries, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
About You:Previous front office experience, RMS knowledge desirable, strong leadership, organised, and guest-focused.
