IMS Nanofabrication is seeking a System Engineer – Software Infrastructure & Deployments to shape and support the MBMW software stack. You will design infrastructure changes, prepare upgrade configurations, and coordinate updates with on-site technicians to keep customer systems reliable.

You will work across Software Development, HPC, Firmware, Testing, and Service to automate processes and ensure maintainability while partnering with international teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/SE.
• 3 years in DevOps, SRE, IT infra or similar.
• Strong Linux administration knowledge.
• Practical experience with Git and version-control workflows.
• Good English and collaboration with international teams.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement infrastructure and architecture changes for MBMW system control software.
• Prepare configurations and deployment packages for upgrades on customer MBMW systems.
• Own detailed configuration and upgrade tasks; help standardize and automate processes.
• Coordinate software updates with local on-site service technicians.
• Prepare and execute software upgrades on internal alpha tools for testing.
• Investigate and resolve software, system and infra issues across MBMW platforms.
• Collaborate with Application & Testing, System Integration, HPC, and Service teams.
• Manage Linux servers, VMs, embedded systems, HPC clusters, networks, and configs.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and documentation.
