Jobgether is partnering with an Austria-based company to hire an early-career Supply Chain Analyst. You will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models with AI/ML, and collaborate across functions to improve inventory, demand planning, logistics, and supplier performance.

You’ll work with Python, SQL, and visualization tools, creating data-driven recommendations while growing technical and supply chain expertise in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience or academic projects in supply chain analytics or data analysis.
• Strong technical capabilities in Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals: procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate findings into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, detail-oriented mindset with interest in tech and analytics.

• Analyze large supply chain datasets to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI/ML to support decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics into platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and build dashboards to provide real-time visibility on performance.
• Support initiatives in inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, and supplier performance.
• Work cross-functionally to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to transformation and cost-improvement initiatives using data and automation.
