Allps GmbH is seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models to deliver accurate, safe, and high‑quality AI outputs.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to improve performance across real‑world use cases, design prompts and templates, test AI responses for bias, and document best practices. This remote role offers flexible, outcome‑driven work with exposure to enterprise SaaS projects.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of LLM behavior and prompt techniques.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, etc.).
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear instructions.
