Zusammenfassung

TGW Logistics seeks a dedicated professional to drive process management and digitalization across the organization. You will identify automation opportunities, design and implement new workflows, and ensure compliant, well-documented processes that align with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with process owners, leverage software solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement. A background in logistics or Lean environments and strong German/English skills are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Process Management, Business Informatics, Innovation Management, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge in applying and customizing software across process and system landscapes.
• Knowledge of BPMN is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics management, plant engineering, or Lean environment is a plus.
• Passion for process automation through intelligent software support.
• Experience with scripting and basic programming/automation technologies is advantageous.
• Flexibility in working methods and adapting to changing requirements.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

• Analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes.
• Evaluation of processes and creation of measurable process metrics.
• Implementation of proof of principle with new process tools.
• Active communication and coordination with other process owners within the company.
• Creation of process and user documentation.
• Development and configuration of new workflows and support/training.
• Compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and laws.
• Ongoing support of active processes under the department.
