Moritz in Austria is seeking an experienced co-counsel to support dispute resolution matters, including contract and technology/IP disputes, in collaboration with a global team.

You will lead strategy, manage pleadings, and advise clients on litigation risk, while drafting settlements and negotiating terms. This role operates as an independent contractor with Moritz and leverages modern tooling for efficient matter management.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years practicing commercial litigation or arbitration.
• Licensed to practice in Austria and in good standing.
• Experience with contract disputes, damages, and injunctive relief.
• Strong drafting under pressure and ability to manage proceedings end-to-end.
• Willingness to work as independent contractor with Moritz on projects or retainers.

Aufgaben

• Serve as co-counsel for dispute resolution work in Austria across contract and IP matters.
• Lead case strategy, pleadings, evidence, and procedural steps for clients.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and dispute resolution clauses.
• Draft and negotiate letters before action, settlement agreements, and tolling arrangements.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings where licensed.
