Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable professional experience with modern developer tooling and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants, telemetry or trace analysis, IDE integrations, and developer workflow ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to test, troubleshoot, and assess complex technical scenarios.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly with concise, actionable feedback.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate developer workflow tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, reproducibility, and consistency with testing criteria.
• Audit AI-assisted development scenarios to identify inconsistencies, logic errors, or workflow inefficiencies.
• Assess IDE integrations, tooling, telemetry/trace analysis, and AI-assisted coding workflows within assigned specializations.
• Test and troubleshoot complex scenarios to ensure tasks can be reproduced and function as intended.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI training and evaluation tasks.
• Apply professional judgment to ensure audited workflows reflect real-world environments.
