NXP Semiconductors in Austria seeks a highly motivated AI security researcher to protect AI models and data across edge devices and semiconductor platforms. You will prototype security technologies and explore adversarial AI, model extraction and privacy-preserving AI, turning research into product concepts.

Collaborate with AI, Security, Software, and Hardware teams to secure AI workloads and contribute to future NXP solutions for automotive, industrial, IoT and edge applications.

Qualifikationen

• PhD, Postdoc, or exceptional Master’s degree in AI, ML, cybersecurity, CS, embedded systems, cryptography, EE, or a related field.
• Experience in AI/ML with LLMs, DL, adversarial ML, and AI security is highly desirable.
• Passion for applying AI to real-world products and ability to prototype ideas.

• Research and prototype next-generation AI security technologies.
