Zusammenfassung

SWARCO AG is seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist for the SWARCO Group. The role focuses on administering Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 suite, coordinating security and compliance policies, and delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 projects.

You will liaise with business departments and external partners, seeking automation opportunities and developing group-wide dashboards. The position demands strong German and English communication, a service mindset, and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education or comparable qualification with professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Experience in IT project environments desirable.
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Administration of Entra ID and authentication solutions.
• Centralized management and support of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Teams Phone.
• Development and implementation of security and compliance policies.
• Be the main contact for business departments, including requirements analysis and coordination with external partners.
• Implementation and delivery of Microsoft 365 projects.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (Azure Automation, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Create group-wide IT dashboards and reporting solutions.
