Zusammenfassung

SIMStation is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver audiovisual and software installations on time.

A hands-on mindset, technical or business background, and Jira experience help ensure successful outcomes. We value strong planning, clear communication, and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Qualifikationen

• A completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or a HAK/HTL qualification.
• Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in audiovisual or simulation solutions.
• Experience with Jira and common PM tools.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer sites.

Aufgaben

• Drive projects from initial idea through planning, implementation, and completion.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and complex installations.
• Lead project meetings and produce regular progress reports.
• Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance and proper documentation.
• Collect and act on feedback to improve project delivery.
