BJAK is seeking Android engineers to build the native Android experience for BJAK's AI Neobank App. You will focus on clean user flows, high performance, product quality, and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers.

Join a globally distributed team, work on onboarding, accounts, cards, and AI-driven journeys, and collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to take ideas to production.

Qualifikationen

• Strong native Android experience with Kotlin.
• Experience shipping Android apps used by real users.
• Solid understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow.
• Strong product sense and focus on UX beyond screens.
• Ability to debug production issues and improve performance and reliability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startups.

Aufgaben

• Build native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI-assisted journeys.
• Turn complex financial flows into simple, fast mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and AI engineers to ship features to production.
• Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states and release stability.
• Use analytics and user feedback to improve after launch.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling and financial workflows.
