About the role

Were looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our distribution channel management across Europe. This role is ideal for someone based in Graz or Vienna with the flexibility to work remotely across Europe and visit the office approximately every two weeks.

Youll be responsible for building strong business relationships identifying new opportunities and representing Carriers interests across a broad European customer base.

Resposibilities
  • Act as a primary contact to identify prospective distribution and channel management teams and develop a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and / or services that meet the customer needs.
  • Conducts business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
  • Leads bid opportunities participates in the preparation of bid responses and negotiation with potential customers.
  • Developing and promoting new customer contacts leads to the sales business development team.
  • Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers to influence business opportunities and deliver tailored presentations that address their specific needs.
Requirements

Advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education

Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization programs or systems to make enhancements within job area

A minimum of 7 relevant experience OR a university degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience

Willingness to travel across Europe

Fluent English (verbal and written); German is plus
