Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical field and several years of experience in electronics development and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QA, QC and product assurance methodologies.
• Experience with supplier quality management, auditing and PPAP is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Ensure and continuously improve product quality across the lifecycle.
• Support hardware and software development activities per TTTECH processes and quality standards.
• Manage QA/QC at supplier interfaces, including PPAP.
• Lead timely resolution of quality issues during development and RMAs.
• Coordinate quality issue resolution across supply chain with customers and suppliers.
• Plan, conduct and support customer and supplier audits.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

Are you passionate about quality excellence and innovative technology? In this key role, you will take ownership of product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle and actively contribute to the success of complex technology projects at TTTECH. As an important interface between development, operations, customers, and suppliers, you will collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

• Ensure and continuously improve product quality throughout the complete product lifecycle
• Support and monitor hardware and software development activities in accordance with TTTECH's processes and quality standards
• Manage quality assurance and quality control activities at supplier interfaces, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• Lead the timely and effective resolution of product quality issues during development as well as in RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases
• Coordinate the resolution of quality issues across the entire supply chain, working closely with customers, suppliers, and sub-suppliers
• Plan, conduct, and support customer and supplier audits
• Facilitate root cause analyses and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of products, processes, and quality standards

Your Profile

• University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the development and manufacturing of electronic systems and hardware-related software in industries with high quality requirements (e.g. automotive, aerospace, or medical devices)
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and product assurance methodologies
• Experience with supplier quality management, auditing, and PPAP is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive topics forward without direct authority
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 67,500 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
