You will ensure GMP-compliant QA oversight of manufacturing operations and act as a key quality partner with production and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, strong QA background in pharma manufacturing, and fluent German and English.

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• GMP and quality compliance knowledge.
• Experience with batch release, audits and inspection support.
• Fluent German and strong English communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop the QA Operations team in a growing manufacturing environment.
• Provide QA oversight for release of packaging materials per GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Oversee operational QA activities across the production area.
• Implement and maintain CCS and Annex 1 adherence in units.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, microbiological controls and contamination measures.
• Support operations with technical quality expertise and decision making.
• Manage deviations, investigations and cross-functional quality topics.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to inspection readiness.
