Zusammenfassung

Ams Osram is seeking a highly organized and analytical Public Funding Reporting & Risk Manager to support the Global Public Funding team in Austria. You will build transparent reporting, KPI structures, and dashboards, interfacing with Controlling, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to manage funding risks and obligations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in controlling/finance or related fields, with a pragmatic, ownership-driven approach, and fluency in English and German to navigate

Qualifikationen

• Background in controlling, finance, project management, legal, compliance, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex information for management.
• High ownership, reliability, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to work across functions and communicate with Finance, Controlling, Legal, Project Management, and technical teams.
• Curiosity to understand public funding processes without being a technical expert.

Aufgaben

• Establish and develop structured reporting processes for public funding activities.
• Create transparency on expected payments, cash-in developments, financial obligations, and project commitments.
• Prepare and analyze financial and project data for management visibility and decision-making.
• Act as central interface to Controlling and Finance teams, aligning data and reporting requirements.
• Support development of dashboards and KPI structures to visualize funding performance and impact.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, obligations, and open issues, following up with stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-term funding valorization by making achievements and impact visible across the organization.
