Zusammenfassung

The Foundation Carrefour within ASAEF in Neuchâtel seeks an Assistant Psychologist to join the Complex Intensive Outpatient Service (AIC). This 40% permanent CDI position is based at the Préfargier site, with mobility across the canton.

Start date: 1 November 2026. Requirements include a university master’s degree in psychology recognised by PsyCo and ongoing postgraduate training in psychotherapy, or enrolment confirmation.

The CNP aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders through the adoption of an integrated and community psychiatry model; it implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry.

The Department of Childhood and Adolescence is responsible for the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of children and adolescents aged 0-18 years. The position is affiliated with the Complex Intensive Outpatient Service (AIC) at the institution "La Fondation Carrefour" within ASAEF (Outpatient Support and Assistance for the Child and their Family).

You are a psychologist holding a master's degree in psychology recognised by PsyCo and are currently undertaking postgraduate training in psychotherapy.

Your main duties:

• Clinical assessments and intensive multidisciplinary care in the family environment, to strengthen access to existing resources within the family and promote the evolution of the functioning of the family and social system in which the child is embedded and develops.
• Regular and active collaboration with the network, including the Child Protection Office.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, educators, social workers).
• Participate in networking with families, schools, paediatricians and other partners (feedback, exchanges, coordination).
• Attend team meetings, supervisions and institutional development sessions.

Required skills and profile

Essential:

• Hold a university master's degree in psychology or equivalent recognised by PsyCo.
• Be currently undertaking postgraduate training in psychotherapy, or have obtained confirmation of enrolment.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate constructively.
• Possession of a driving licence and a vehicle.
