Zusammenfassung

PALFINGER AG in Bergheim is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to support our ICT Projects organization during a 6-month full-time internship.

You will assist in coordinating international IT projects, contribute to ERP deployments, system integration, and digitalization, while interfacing with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations teams. Strong MS Office and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or completed studies in business or IT-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in international projects, digital processes, and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN).

Aufgaben

• Assist PM team in coordinating and executing international IT projects.
• Contribute to IT rollouts, process digitization, and system integration.
• Interface between IT and business functions (Sales, Service, Finance, Ops, Procurement, SCM, PLM&E).
• Own small work packages in collaboration with senior PMs.
• Maintain project plans and organize meetings and workshops; prepare data and minutes.

To strengthen our team in Bergheim, we are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to support our ICT Projects organization during a 6-month full-time internship.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support our Project Management Team in the coordination and execution of ongoing international IT projects
• Contribute to exciting topics related to IT rollouts, process digitalization, and system integration
• Act as an interface between IT and business functions such as Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, Procurement, SCM, and PLM&E
• Independently take ownership of smaller work packages in collaboration with experienced project managers
• Support the maintenance and update of project plans, as well as the organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings and workshops; prepare project-related data and create documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Management, or a comparable field (University/University of Applied Sciences)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
• Very good German and English language skills
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented way of working, with strong organizational skills, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Enthusiasm for international projects, digital processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Infor LN)

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis
