We’re a boutique and fast-growing company specialising in bespoke outdoor entertaining areas and Eclipse Opening Louvre Roof systems. Our reputation is built on premium design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service—from first contact through to final construction.

About the Role

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we’re seeking a Project Administrator, with grounded experience in the Building and Construction Industry. Joining the team at our Hindmarsh office, the position will play a key role in administering projects in all areas and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation, development applications and flow of timelines
  • Handle client enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Progress and variation invoicing, assist with quoting
  • Add, amend and review projects in Servicem8 with daily operational requirements
  • Accurately input daily job tracking information and promptly attend to action items
  • Provide ad hoc support to management, sales, design and build teams
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in project administration/coordination in the Building and Construction Industry
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting cloud-based software with an understanding of accounts administration
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Familiarity with Servicem8 is favorable
  • Certificate or diploma in business administration, project management, or similar discipline is desirable
