A leading community services provider in Austria is seeking a Manager for NDIS Service Delivery to lead a dedicated team helping individuals with disabilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and a deep understanding of the NDIS. The organization offers a competitive salary with various benefits in a flexible, supportive environment.
$119,000 – $124,073 + Super + Salary Sac
As the Manager, NDIS Service Delivery, you’ll lead a passionate team supporting people with disability to achieve their goals. You’ll ensure high-quality, person-centred services aligned with NDIS plans and Baptist Care SA’s Practice Framework, driving excellence, collaboration, and positive outcomes every day.
You’re a people-focused leader who’s passionate about making a difference for people with disability. With a solid understanding of the NDIS, you know how to balance quality service delivery with operational smarts. You build strong teams, nurture partnerships, and lead with empathy, ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and empowered.
