The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Electrical and Cable to lead our dayshift teams across Electrical, Harness, and Cable Extrusion production areas.

This is a hands-on leadership role with your primary focus ensuring daily production meets safety, quality, and efficiency targets while driving continuous improvement and supporting your team’s growth.
