You will lead data quality initiatives, support migrations, and collaborate with global stakeholders to promote best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering and/or product data management.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, data structures, and ERP/PLM systems or enterprise platforms.
• Open to innovation, transformation, and continuous learning with ability to travel up to 20%

Aufgaben

• Define, document, and continuously improve engineering data structures, processes, and data models in systems such as Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA.
• Establish and maintain data-governance standards for data creation, changes, phase-out, quality, and usage.
• Monitor engineering-data quality, lead enrichment and cleansing initiatives, and develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Support data migration, conversion, and system implementations or upgrades while ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, build a network of product-data experts, and provide training and coaching to promote best practices
