International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) seeks a procurement consultant on a Special Service Agreement (SSA) to support the Office of Procurement Services in Vienna. The role focuses on providing procurement expertise, market analysis, and documentation for major procurement projects within an international context.

Qualifikationen

• University Degree (bachelor) preferably in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management or any related field.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics and/or project management preferably within an international organization.
• Experience in international procurement, project coordination, drafting of action plans and other relevant documents.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Provide procurement expertise and advice.
• Conduct specialised market research and suppliers' base analysis.
• Produce procurement documentation and reports related to the development and implementation of the procurement portfolio of the projects.
• Develop and advise on procurement strategies and/or risk plans.
• Provide advice and support during the procurement evaluation process.
• Conduct price analysis, bench marking and suppliers' due diligence.
• Develop and track key performance indicators for measuring suppliers' performance.
• Track timelines, progress and implementation of the procurement portfolio of the projects.
• Report on the progress of the projects' procurement portfolio, as required.
