The Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and motivated leader to manage and oversee the preparation and presentation of all new and used vehicles, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.

• Coordinate and manage the pre‑delivery process of all new and used vehicles.
• Supervise a team to ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and ensure all pre‑delivery targets are met.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Full‑time position

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3.30pm – These hours are not set in stone, we are open to discussion on this.

About you

• Previous dealership or industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record.
• Must have a valid and current driver’s license.
