About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented entry level Payroll/Accounts/Administrator to join our team at Hope Valley. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing both weekly and fortnightly employees across Australia. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving while working closely with Finance, HR, and branch teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing end‑to‑end payroll for over 1,000 weekly and fortnightly employees across Australia
• Maintain and update employee records accurately across multiple systems
• Handle payroll queries, processing adjustments and terminations
• Contribute to statutory month‑end tasks including PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Child Support
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and branch teams nationwide to ensure smooth payroll operations

What we are looking for

• Highly organized and able to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine interest in working with numbers
• A team player with clear and confident communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow‑experience with payroll or accounting systems is a bonus, but not essential
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (we love spreadsheets!)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite at Hope Valley
• Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
