Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily runs
  • Support and develop the team to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Maintain monthly compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular quality audits across client sites and premises
  • Assist with biannual removalist skills reviews and workforce planning
  • Manage operational costs to maximise profit
About You
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High level of business and financial awareness
  • Process‑driven, analytical, and detail‑focused
  • Removals or logistics experience ideal (but similar industries will be considered)
