About the Role
This is a unique role where technology meets operations. As our Operations and Systems Manager, you'll play a central role in our business – ensuring our systems run seamlessly, our team is empowered with the right tools and training, and our office operations support our national team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the key contact for external IT support/providers
Centrally manage systems including Microsoft Suite, AI platforms, CRM systems, event booking platforms, and website support
Provide first-line support and training to the team
Proactively identify tech improvements and conduct regular training sessions
Share tech tips and tricks through team meetings and create 'how to' videos
Oversee systems compliance and data security
Operational Support
Support document management processes, including formatting and publishing
Manage matter processing, client invoicing, and matter related support
Oversee office operations, including phone and visitor management
Manage purchasing, building maintenance, and general team administrative support
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tech and administrative processes
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in either Administrative Support or Systems Administration roles, with:
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting others
High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Experience with and keen interest in systems/tools infrastructure and AI platforms
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive problem solver, with attention to detail and a methodical approach to issue resolution, and the ability to identify tech gaps and implement solutions
Excellent communication skills for training and support (with the ability to support non-technical users empathetically) and client interaction
Understanding of data security frameworks and compliance
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Experience in office administration
Experience in the legal/professional services sector is a bonus
