Google Kronstorf, Austria; Vienna, Austria, seeks a Lead Site HR Business Partner for its Data Center on a fixed-term contract. The role is the core on-site HR partner, aligning local initiatives with global plans, and requires English and German fluency. On-site presence up to four days per week is expected.

You will drive labor relations, ensure compliance with Austrian law, and foster a high-trust, data-driven People Operations culture within the center.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience providing consultations.
• Experience in Labor Relations including union/Works Council in Austria.
• Knowledge of Austrian employment law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Act as a thought partner for Site Leads and manager communities to identify and execute site-specific people priorities.
• Monitor labor trends and foster a high-trust, direct-engagement culture, coordinating with the Vienna Works Council.
• Navigate DC operational nuances including shift management, working time, safety, and labor inspections for regulatory compliance.
• Integrate people initiatives into the daily Data Center flow to ensure a consistent Googler experience.
• Manage DC-related people tickets and employee cases end-to-end, liaising with GX country teams and Benefits/ER as needed.
